Week Three Results
Weight: 86.5kg
Waist: 91cm
Gut: 93cm
Chest 104cm
I was hoping to lose more this week considering I went on an 80km bike. But all up it’s not too bad. I want to try and get below 85kgs this week, it’s going to be hard because I’ve started uni but I think I can do it!
Second Weeks Results
All ones this week, lost 1kg, lost 1cm off the chest, gut and waist.

I was good most of the week (eating wise) but last night I went out and ate a whole pizza, bad choice. I didn’t do as much exercies as I would have liked. So this week I’m going to ride to work most of the week, I hope that will speed up the process.

hips/waist: 95cm / 37 inches
stomach: 99cm / 39 inches
chest: 108cm / 42 inches
MY BMI is 28 (Which puts me in the overweight sector)
The Goal:
My goal is to lose 15 to 17 kg to bring my weight down to around 75kgs and a BMI of 23.
Plan of attack:
1. Low cadence bike riding (5 times a week).
2. Light weights (2 times a week).
3. Controlled Diet (All week).

What am I going to get next?
Here is a list of things I want to get:
- iMac 24” - after the 11th June so I can get the updated model.
- Macbook or Macbook Pro - also wait until after 11th June to see what they release.
- Extra 24” Dell Monitor so I can have dual 24”
- iPhone if it ever comes out in Australia.
- Descente Coldout Gloves and Baselayer for cold weather riding.
- FSA OS-115 90mm stem.
- FSA Compact Wing Pro Handle Bars.
I got an N95!
Three days ago I pick up my nokia n95. Here are a few comments about the phone.
1. GPS - Works great but takes a very long time to connect to a satellite.
2. Camera - 5 mega pixel is more like a 3 or 4.
3. Menu Structure - has too many folder and sub-folders.
4. Fast Internet - what more can I say.
I’ll write more when I get more thoughts.
More injuries!
Just a quick one, played soccer yesterday in left back. I didn’t play very well and I picked up a few small injuries. A guy tried to pick a fight with me.
Soccer? Maybe not.
I had soccer training last night, I played really bad and I realised that I am really short on skills. So, I’m think I will just keep playing soccer for fun and not take it seriously. I have to keep in my that I’m only operating at about 60% of my physical ability because of all my injuries. Anyway. Also my knee has pulled up sort from the session last night. I’m not sure if it is just because it is cold or because I did damage to it last night. Boy I wish I could ride my bike!!!!!
